Every brand has a beginning, for Hot N Juicy Shrimp LDN, it all started in a small home kitchen in Woodford.

Founded by Samantha and co-founder Jusnah, the vision was simple: bring bold, soulful seafood boils to the streets of London. Inspired by Southern-style spice, and a deep love for food that brings people together, they began serving friends, family, and soon, total strangers from home.

🚚 From Kitchen Hustle to London Pop-Up Royalty

After outgrowing their kitchens, the duo moved operations to a dark kitchen in Bethnal Green, building a cult following through word-of-mouth and pop-up events. From Shoreditch to Brixton, Deptford to Bethnal, Hot N Juicy made noise across the capital.

The turning point came when Samantha appeared on Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars, making it to the finals. Her hustle, energy, and fearless flavour helped skyrocket the brand's visibility and inspired even more customers to get messy with it.

📍 West Dulwich & Walthamstow - Built by the People

In 2022, Hot N Juicy opened its first full dine-in restaurant in West Dulwich, a space with DJs, cocktails, and community energy. Later, they closed the Bethnal takeaway to focus on a bold new location: a takeaway stall at Crate in Walthamstow, serving East London with flavour-packed speed.
